– Instead of throwing tissue paper away, save it for crafts on a rainy day! My daughter is in a craft phase where she wants to cut everything. So, we used the tissue paper from her birthday presents and cut small squares  and glued them onto white craft paper. Use your imagination and come up with different designs. Here are a couple of our ideas. Hopefully you will try this craft with your kids and post pictures on our Facebook page.

The summer is almost over but the there are still come summer camp sessions available for your kids. No matter the age, if your kids love music than this is the camp for them.

August 1-5, 2011 – Ages 4-7
Monday – Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm
One week camp includes activities such as : music appreciation, music & rhythm class and music related arts & crafts.
Cost: $300

August 1-12, 2011 – Ages 8-15
Monday – Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm
Two week camp includes activities such as : composition, instrument lessons, band workshops & recording.
Cost: $700

August 1-18, 2011 – Ages 13-18
Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Three week camp includes activities such as : improvisation, technique, composition and production classes. Prior experience needed.
