| Cool-de-sac has partnered with Family Resource Center!
To kick off the partnership, on April 17, 2010 from 11a.m. – 1 p.m., Cool-de-sac will be hosting an Art Clinic with pop artist Ed King, who will also be adorning the walls of the of the play café with his child-friendly artwork.
King has created coloring pages of his art for Cool-de-sac to sell at $1 each to benefit FRC. The café will also have a donation box for FRC at the front of the store as a way to raise additional funds to support FRC’s work to care for Miami-Dade County’s abused and neglected children.
The art clinic is $15.00 per child ages 2-9. As always parents are free. Older or younger siblings will be admitted free for this event. (This includes admission and one coloring page.) Just remember to select how many paid and non-paid admissions on the registration form.
$5.00 of each event admission will go directly to benefit Family Resource Center. |
